LCHF


This bread you can eat with a clear conscience even if you are on a diet, because it contains almost no carbs at all! Isn’t it amazing! :) 

Time: 1.5 hours

Ingredients:
 200 g (3DL) flaxseed
50 g (1dl) 
sesame seeds
50 g (0.75 ml) hazelnuts 

50 g (0.75 ml) almond
50 g (0.75 ml) Psyllium seed husks 
2 teaspoons baking powder 

1.5 tablespoons bread spices

Mix all the nuts and seeds to a "powder/flour " in a blender.
Then mix together: 
50 g melted butter, 1 cup (1dl) sour cream, 250 g cottage cheese and 6 eggs.

Mix it all together and pour into a oblong bread pan lined with parchment paper, (I took some sunflower seeds on the bread, but it is optional). Bake for 60-80 minutes (depending on oven) at 175 degrees. Remove the he bread from the bread pan and allow to cool. Cut into thin slices and enjoy! :)
